Plus then maybe some of the "can you release all the tracks as individual mp3s" leeches can start to appreciate him proper, like :-)

Posted by: scott at June 12, 2004 11:39 PMOver the weekend, and following extensive discussions with Those Who Matter, I've definitely decided the same about Naked Maja - I've kind of said all I have to say, there are only so many ways you can juggle the words of the same story around, and the Ray Charles and Nick Drake pieces are I think a good way to bow out.
Maybe when I have a new story to tell I'll start it up again, but for now I'm just going to leave it.

The one about the turnaround I did last Friday night / Saturday morning? Yes, I always enjoy writing about hip-hop volte-faces ("Get 'Em Girls" to "Lord You Know" = "Been There, Done That" to "Still D.R.E."? I think it might be even more dramatic than that, and over considerably less time of course).
Antonia Forest's "The Thuggery Affair" came in the post today! Expect some utterly incomprehensible ramblings about it, no doubt ...
